Hi need to add icon to the button , but as the odoo have some predefined icons are there in mics.py in openerp\
I am only able to use that icons but I need some custom icons to the buttons.
Any Suggestion ...

http://fontawesome.io/icons/ This will help u.. Just use icon="fa-user" in XML
