1.Assembly Outsourcing: TMEE manages and coordinates the outsourcing of vehicle assembly, particularly with the Arab American Vehicles (AAV) plant, ensuring compliance with Toyota's global quality and operational standards.

2.Vehicle Quality Control: TMEE monitors and enforces Toyota's rigorous quality control benchmarks across all stages of assembly and component integration.
