Problem Identified

Kunda, an artisanal ice cream company in Rwanda with two sales points, needed an efficient system to manage their stock and sales operations to ensure smooth functioning of their business.

Tool Implemented

Araka implemented Odoo’s stock and sales management systems tailored to Kunda's needs. This setup aimed to streamline inventory tracking and sales processes.

Resolution

The implementation of these systems allowed Kunda to manage their stock levels accurately and process sales efficiently. The manager can now monitor real-time sales data from both points of sale (POS), leading to better resource management and operational efficiency. In the future, Araka plans to further enhance their operations by implementing production and accounting systems.
