For B-Branded, Bista Solutions implemented a fully integrated Odoo ERP platform designed specifically for the promotional products industry. The solution included a custom decoration management system with advanced pricing calculations based on decoration methods, color counts, sizes, positions, and quantity breaks. Bista also developed customer-specific product catalogs with brand-based access controls, dual sales workflows supporting both direct ordering and RFQ processes, automated procurement linked to decoration services, and a self-service customer portal for quote management, order tracking, and payments. The implementation unified sales, eCommerce, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and customer communications into a single platform, enabling streamlined operations, automated pricing, and end-to-end visibility across the promotional products supply chain.
