My website mainly sells services, and having a shop and a cart feels unnecessary. However I'd still like to have a shop where the services can be listed and to be able to show related services and products. Instead of adding items in a shopping cart, I'd like to have the customers fill in a contact form. Is it possible to remove the cart, or link to the page where I have a contact form from the shop?

You can achieve your requirement by adding redirect from shop/cart to /contactus
