How can I delete files in the documents app?

When selecting a file, on the right side of the screen you can Archive them. Once archived (and you can see them by using the filter "Archived") you can delete them as well (Select -> Delete).

Is there a way to prevent people from deleating or downloading? I mean, is its possible to add read only privileges?
