Bzb-Fedafin (VZW)
BZB-Fedafin is een wettig erkende beroepsvereniging die de belangen behartigt van de tussenpersoon in bank- en beleggingsdiensten, verzekeringen en kredieten. Van bij haar ontstaan in 1999 heeft BZB-Fedafin als belangrijkste doel het statuut van de tussenpersoon te verbeteren.BZB-Fedafin vertegenwoordigt als enige beroepsvereniging van zelfstandige tussenpersonen op een volwaardige wijze de verschillende statuten zoals zij erkend worden via de FSMA, m.n. makelaars, agenten en subagenten. Er zijn meer bepaald meer dan 10.000 zelfstandige ondernemers actief in de sector die meer dan 20.000 medewerkers tewerkstellen.
Het is een niet te onderschatten karwei om te allen tijde de lidmaatschappen en polissen van al deze leden op te volgen en, eveneens zeer belangrijk, tijdig te actualiseren. In Odoo werd hiervoor een extra applicatie ontwikkeld die samenwerkt met verkopen en facturatie. Daarbovenop werd er een tool ontwikkeld om via webformulieren gegevens op te vragen voor nieuwe leden en te actualiseren voor bestaande leden bij het vernieuwen van een lidmaatschap. Het gecentraliseerd beheer van al deze informatie en opvolging ervan is van onschatbare waarde voor BZB-Fedafin.
Odoo heeft hier een op maat gemaakte CRM-applicatie (met hoge onderhoudskosten) vervangen en naast de basisfunctionaliteiten rond lidmaatschappen en polissen ook volgende extra’s geboden: marketing, projecten en helpdesk, personeelsbeheer, enquêtes en een vernieuwde website. 재무/보험
Central Labelling Agency Of The Belgian Sri Label
The Central Labelling Agency (CLA) is a not-for-profit association incorporated under Belgian law.The goal of the CLA is to enlarge the impact and substance of sustainable saving and investing, and to substantially strengthen the qualitative approach to sustainable saving and investing.
It consists of three bodies:
• Board of Directors: has, among others, the responsibility to supervise the CLA, update the quality standard and award the ‘Towards Sustainability’ label.
• Eligibility Commission: has the responsibility to advise the Board of Directors on awarding the ‘Towards Sustainability’ label to individual products, based on the assessment reports received from the independent verifier.
• Advisory Commission: has the responsibility to advise the Board of Directors on changes to the Quality Standard.
The Verifier is independent of the CLA but is appointed by the CLA to perform the technical and in-depth verification of alignment of the products that applied for the label.
The CLA is governed by and functions in accordance with the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations (the “CCA”) and its articles of association. 재무/보험
