Tescom Hellas SA, operating since 2007 as part of DMY Group, is a Greek wholesale distributor and partial OEM in critical-power infrastructure: uninterruptible power supplies, AVR units, server racks, industrial batteries, networking hardware, diesel generators, solar inverters, and EV chargers. The business runs two warehouses in Athens and Thessaloniki and serves a B2B reseller network of more than 400 points across ten EU markets, into datacenter, healthcare, industrial, and maritime end-sites. 

We deployed Odoo for Tescom across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Contacts, alongside the existing SoftOne back office, with EXN Middleware carrying the data layer between the two systems. The integration is the heart of the engagement: we used our EXN Soft1 integration module and extended it through Odoo's configuration layer to fit Tescom's flows, with full bidirectional synchronization on the product catalogue, sales, purchase, and inventory, and more than one hundred custom fields wired through the middleware so every flow stays aligned. Stock moves daily across both warehouses with reserved and forecasted layers, and contacts deduplicate against the VAT registry on the way through. 

The platform now spans both systems on a shared data spine: SoftOne holds the back-office system of record, Odoo holds the pipeline, the activity tracking, and the management view of the catalogue, and a B2B reseller portal on Odoo Website followed as a natural extension once the integration was live.

The Fashion Project is a Greek fashion retailer operating at high order volume across an integrated e-commerce and store footprint, with the cycle pressure that defines the category: new drops, returns, promotions, multiple payment options. The platform underneath has to keep up. 

We run The Fashion Project on Odoo across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Accounting, with our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules carrying real-time AADE compliance on every transaction. Shopify is the storefront, and the tight Shopify-to-Odoo bridge is carried by EXN Middleware and our EXN Shopify connector on the same canonical data model we deploy across our Shopify-led retail accounts; the multiple storefront payment methods Shopify exposes map directly into Odoo's default payment handling, so every checkout method reconciles inside the ERP. On that integration backbone we have built up the surface the business actually runs on: a bespoke RMA flow we designed and implemented end to end, with a customer-facing returns portal, explicit service-cost handling on the return, courier selection at the return step, and order-line-level return protection so a partial return on a multi-line order keeps its provenance; WMS and 3PL connectivity for the warehouse and outbound side; and multi-carrier shipping on our EXN Courier service, with DHL for international flows alongside the domestic carrier set, real-time tracking across every supported courier, Cash-on-Delivery handling, and post-delivery consolidation flowing back into Odoo.

Pelekis Electronics S.A. is a Greek company founded in 1989, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of electronic products for elevators, LED lighting, and HVAC systems. With two modern facilities in Attica and ISO 9001:2015 certification, the company supplies leading Greek manufacturers while also exporting to major European markets such as France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, and the UK. Known for its reliability, innovation, and strong customer focus, Pelekis Electronics combines technological excellence with timely delivery and after-sales support, maintaining its leadership in the electronics industry.

Before implementing Odoo, Pelekis Electronics faced challenges in efficiently managing their production operations and quality control. Their products combine multiple stages and high complexity, requiring precise coordination across departments. The lack of integrated systems meant that production planning, material tracking, and quality checks were handled manually, often through spreadsheets or paper-based processes.
This reliance on manual workflows led to delays, frequent errors, and miscommunications, especially when managing large product volumes or custom requirements. Additionally, monitoring compliance and maintaining documentation for certifications such as ISO 9001:2015 required significant administrative effort, making it difficult for the company to operate with full visibility and efficiency.

Dileanity implemented Odoo to centralize and streamline Pelekis Electronics’ operations. The project involved setting up the Manufacturing, Shop Floor, and Quality modules to ensure lean processes across the factory. Production workflows were digitalized, giving real-time visibility into work orders and production stages. Quality control points were integrated directly into the production lines, allowing operators to record inspections and measurements on the spot.

With Odoo, the company gained a unified system that connected production and quality management, reducing miscommunication and manual paperwork. Shop floor operators now use tablets to execute and track tasks in real time, while supervisors monitor progress and bottlenecks through dashboards. Quality teams benefit from automated checkpoints and traceability, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and improving product consistency.

The Odoo implementation delivered significant improvements for Pelekis Electronics, including:
- Streamlined production workflows: Real-time monitoring of work orders improved visibility and coordination across departments.
- Enhanced quality control: Integrated quality checks reduced errors and ensured compliance with ISO standards.

Ελληνικά Αναμνηστικά ΑΕ is a Greek retail company operating gift shops and souvenir stores across more than 20 of Greece's most iconic cultural and historical venues, including the National Archaeological Museum, the Hellenic Parliament, and the Panathenaic Stadium. The company manages one of the most distinctive and geographically distributed retail networks in the Greek cultural tourism sector.

As a newly established and fast-scaling multi-location retail business, Ελληνικά Αναμνηστικά ΑΕ recognized from the outset that a unified, holistic system was essential. The company needed to centralize the management of sales, retail operations, purchasing, quotations, and warehouse logistics across all locations from day one. A key requirement was also seamless integration with external accounting systems to meet Greek tax and legal obligations, including full compliance with electronic invoicing regulations.

Neurons Tech implemented Odoo ahead of the opening of the National Archaeological Museum store, ensuring the system was fully operational from the very first day of trading. The project covered the full deployment of Sales, Invoicing, POS, Inventory, Purchase, Loyalty, and Contacts modules. Each POS terminal was integrated with a certified Greek e-invoicing provider and a payment terminal provider. Purchasing and warehouse workflows were structured and documented, ensuring clear processes for goods inflow and stock routing across all locations. Staff training was delivered in two distinct tracks — store-level personnel and central management/administration — with on-site training sessions of 4–6 hours per location over two working days each.

The company achieved full, real-time visibility over inventory — both quantitatively and in accounting terms — across all 25 locations simultaneously. Checkout performance improved immediately and cashiers across the network adapted rapidly to the new system. Key outcomes include:
• Estimated savings of 60+ hours per month in management reporting and stock reconciliation, previously performed manually across dispersed locations
• Daily BI dashboards and automated reports now give management an instant consolidated view of performance across all venues
• 25 POS terminals and 75–125 users onboarded and operational with only 2 training days per location
• Full Greek e-invoicing compliance from launch, eliminating legal and fiscal risk
• Loyalty programme integrated at POS level, enabling customer retention initiatives across the entire network
