Cosmos Ocean Hellas is an independent neutral sea-freight wholesaler operating LCL and FCL services across a global network of drivers, agents, and active partnerships. Sea-freight wholesaling runs on hundreds of simultaneous operational threads, bookings, consolidations, partner settlements, documentation, customer communication, and had been held together by spreadsheets and disconnected point tools. 

Cosmos Ocean went live with us on Odoo across CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Website. Accounting sits on our EXN Greek Localization and EXN AADE MyData modules for real-time AADE compliance. The sea-freight operating layer runs on two custom Odoo modules, EXN FCL and EXN LCL, that together carry shipment lifecycle and booking, sea-freight documentation, the tariff engine and cost control, partner EDI integrations, and multi-currency invoicing. On top of that, we delivered a private booking portal where Cosmos Ocean's customers self-serve their bookings and track-and-trace their cargo in real time, with end-to-end visibility on the same Odoo data model the operations team is reading internally. EXN Middleware sits at the integration boundary, carrying the partner-and-carrier data exchange that sea-freight wholesaling actually requires. 

The outcome is one operational system for a sea-freight wholesaler that previously ran on many: every booking, every consolidation, every customer interaction, every invoice in a single place, with the operating, compliance, and customer-facing booking-and-tracking layers all built in.
