The Draznin family acquired Advance E & I Systems in 1988.  The company was founded in New Hampshire and relocated to Ingram, Texas, a small town in the Texas Hill Country.  Soon after, Moe and Lin Draznin purchased the company.  A family business from the beginning, the Draznin kids, Sara, Amy and Oren have all been involved in the Company’s success. Sara, Amy and Oren all worked for Advance E&I throughout high school.  Oren has played key roles on the business development side of Advance E & I Systems prior to law school.  Oren is currently on the Board of Directors.

The family involvement in the business is growing. In early 2020, Eric Schneider, Amy’s husband joined the team and has since been appointed to the Board of Directors and is the Operations Manager.  Amy takes time out from her banking career to consult on marketing and financial planning.
