We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Officer to spearhead our marketing activities across rapidly growing APAC markets, including Mongolia, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and the Maldives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for business technology, teamwork, and exploring the dynamics of emerging markets.
In this role, you will be instrumental in executing go-to-market strategies to expand Odoo's reach and visibility. While there will be a heavy focus on business event management, you will also lead comprehensive online and offline campaigns to generate demand, increase our exposure, and drive lead growth across the region.
Your Responsibilities:
Organize events across markets for both direct and indirect strategy to generate brand awareness and leads
Manage marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and brand awareness in the respective markets
Create engaging online content including webinars, blogs, videos, community group, and social media posts to enhance SEO and product education
Work closely with direct and indirect sales teams to share market insights and optimize marketing initiatives
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the market
Support expansion initiatives through market analysis and reporting

MUST HAVE
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, or higher
- Language Skills: Professional-level proficiency in English and either Khmer or Mongolian
- Cultural Agility: Ability to thrive in a multicultural team and adapt to the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of a high-growth SaaS company
- Resilience & Creativity: A creative mindset with proven ability to work under pressure and embrace the challenge of building a brand presence from the ground up in new markets
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders, partners, and external vendors
- Social Media Savvy: Hands-on experience managing and growing communities on major social media platforms (e.g.,Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn)
NICE TO HAVE
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing
- Previous working experience located in Cambodia/ Mongolia/ South Asia market
- Background in SaaS industry or marketing agency
- Hands-on experience managing Google Search Ads and SEO strategies
- A passion for business software and IT
- Availability to start immediately
