Ya'll....this is frustrating me.

Under sales, I have a product called Customized Magnets. I track inventory and have 50 in stock in location of WH/Stock .

I then build sales order to ship 7 of these.  I'm in testing so I am using my mom's address cause she lives in a different state and trying to get USPS rates.  So I create an SO.  I add a line for the magnets and choose 7.  Great, shows in stock and availabe.  I think add shipping and add that line as delivery fees.  Again, works great.  I confirm the shipping order and it creates a delivery Order.  I tried putting them in packages but that is not working for some reason.  So i removed packages entirely.

Looking at the delivery order - it shows product available and ready and everythings golden. But when I click Validate I just get a blank "Validation Error".  I can't find wtf this error is or what i'm supposed to do to fix it? 

I've tried watching the youtube tutorials on this but I only seem to find the ones that go way over board with warehouse.  I'm just starting my business so I don't need a warehouse and a 3 step picking.  I just want to create a sales order, calculate shipping, print a label, and ship it.  Why am I stuck on the Delivery Order not validating?  

Edit: I think its the USPS connector breaking somewhere.  Cause I put the items in a pack, and I see that the pack has the items in it.  But then when I go to validate - the items are gone from the package and now it errors with "can't ship something with no items".  And I can't seem to re-add the items.
