What I'm trying to do is making promotion for a specific product/products in the specific lot, for example, we are purchase products in lot based on date Lot: 02-2019, 03-2019, 04-2020 and so on, so we need to make promotion for a specific item/items for lot "02-2019" .. We are not using POS.

In POS? please explain more
In Odoo 15, there's a problem with the standard promotions feature: you can't apply discounts to just some of the products in an order. This means if you want to give a discount on only a couple of items in a customer's order, you're out of luck. This makes it hard to target promotions to specific products, which can be really useful for boosting sales.
