We are producing many custom made items for which the same article code is used.
For the sales order we work with sections and add extra description to specify the items. This all looks very clear.
On the invoice all this information is also visible and clear in the same way.
In between the sales order and the invoice we need to deliver the sales order.
The sales order can be hundreds of orderlines with different items, which will be delivered in like 30 or more times.
For the delivery in Odoo there seems the be only a list of itemlines, missing all the sections, missing all the extra descriptions added in the sales order, which makes it next to impossible to pick the right items to be delivered.
The delivery note printed for each delivery is also a document with actually no relevant information. Useless for both the order pickers and for the customer.
This is now being solved with custom made adjustments, but in my opinion this should be basic functionality.
Or am I missing the point here?
