you can start your server with ./openerp-server --xmlrpc-port=your_port option
[Please use descriptive title]

In windows or Linux.if its windows go to server /openerpserver.conf file change xmlrpcport.if its Linux go to tools folder inside your Odoo installation and change config.py file
