I cannot open "General Settings"I cannot open "General Settings" along with the other "Settings" in other modules. A dialog box says "Record does not exist or has been deleted". I already checked the log and there were no errors. I am using Odoo 11 and Python 3.

Try to update the accounting module. If it does not help, restore your backup which you of course have made before such a highly forbidden operation.
sure it is highly forbidden operation but i was testing something locally
no production database here :D
