Le Domaine de Bellefontaine est un vignoble belge de 7 hectares.
Les défis principaux du Domaine de Bellefontaine étaient l'organisation du flux de production du vin et la gestion des différents stocks. En parallèle, l'organisation des visites et dégustations au Domaine nécessitait une digitalisation.
Par l'implémentation de l'ERP Odoo, nous avons répondu à ces multiples besoins. Les modules Inventaire et Production permettent la gestion des différents stocks, des matières premières, des vins en cuves et des produits finis. Les applications Site Web, Projets et Rendez-vous permettent de gérer et d'organiser les visites des visiteurs au Domaine. 製造 / 保守・整備
Vigotec
Vigotec is sinds zijn oprichting in 1981 uitgegroeid van een tweemanszaak tot een bloeiende onderneming met meer dan 35 medewerkers.Gestart met focus op kunststof leidingsystemen bouwde Vigotec een expertise op verschillende activiteiten: veiligheid in en om besloten ruimten, kunststof constructie en gespecialiseerde oplossingen voor de bouwsector. In al zijn activiteiten brengt Vigotec meerwaarde door focus te leggen op service en betrouwbare oplossingen op maat van de klant. Vanuit hun service rond gasdetectie werden de activiteiten rond veiligheid in en om besloten ruimten uitgebouwd. De overname van Akatherm in 2002 maakt van Vigotec een specialist in kunststofbewerking. Daarnaast behoort het met zijn kunststof leidingsystemen gedeeltelijk tot de grootste kunststofverwerker ter wereld.
Vigotec heeft voor Odoo en Dynapps gekozen omwille van de projectaanpak en expertise van Dynapps enerzijds en de flexibiliteit en breedte van Odoo als platform anderzijds. S pomočjo modula Odoo Manufacturing in Shop Floor smo jim omogočili celovito rešitev. Z digitalizacijo so dosegli preglednost in izboljšali izmenjavo informacij na vseh ravneh proizvodnega procesa.
Ključne funkcionalnosti in rezultati
Digitalizacija in arhiviranje postopkov: Načrt, ki ga pripravi tehnolog, je sedaj digitalno zapisan in v celoti arhiviran v sistemu Odoo. To omogoča enostaven vpogled in ponovno uporabo tehnologije v celoti ali delno.
Pregled nad izvedbo in časom: Delavci na proizvodni liniji imajo preko tablice dostop do vseh navodil. Ob tem lahko beležijo porabljen čas za posamezne operacije. Ta podatek služi kot osnova za natančno poanalizo in primerjavo s predvidenimi časi izdelave.
Hitra povratna informacija in izboljšave: Delavci lahko neposredno v sistemu podajo pripombe na tehnološki postopek. Te povratne informacije so nemudoma vidne tehnologu, ki jih lahko upošteva pri pripravi novih postopkov.
Zmanjšana izguba informacij: Ker so vse informacije zbrane v osrednjem sistemu, je komunikacija med vsemi zaposlenimi, vključenimi v proizvodnjo, boljša. To preprečuje izgubo dragocenih informacij in izboljšuje koordinacijo.
Optimizing Custom Manufacturing
Our partner is a specialized toolmaking company that primarily handles one-off production. Their key challenge was to effectively digitize and store manufacturing processes, as the knowledge gained during production is invaluable for future projects.
With the help of the Odoo Manufacturing and Shop Floor modules, we provided them with a comprehensive solution. Through digitalization, they achieved transparency and improved information exchange at all levels of the manufacturing process.
Key Features and Results
Digitization and Archiving of Processes: The plan prepared by the technologist is now digitally recorded and fully archived in the Odoo system. This allows for easy access and the complete or partial reuse of the technology.
Real-time Tracking and Time Analysis: Workers on the production line can access all instructions via a tablet. At the same time, they can log the time spent on individual operations. This data serves as a basis for detailed post-analysis and comparison with predicted manufacturing times.
Rapid Feedback and Improvements: Workers can provide direct feedback on the technological process within the system. This feedback is immediately visible to the technologist, who can use it when preparing new processes.

VinooPuro
Dé referentie voor Italiaanse wijn in Kortrijk en omstreken. Het was de wens van de zaakvoerder om zowel in België als in Italië (vanop een terras in de zon uiteraard) een overzicht te hebben van de activiteiten. Er werd bij VinooPuro voor zowel B2B als B2C klanten gewerkt met papieren bestelbonnen. De prijzen per klant werden bijgehouden in Excel. Alles werd daarna handmatig ingebracht in een boekhoudpakket dat lokaal geïnstalleerd stond.Nu wordt in de winkel gewerkt met de kassa app, voor B2B klanten of grote bestellingen met de sales app. Elke klant of klantgroep heeft een aangepaste prijslijst die ook op de webshop gebruikt kan worden. Betalingen in de winkel (cash, payconiq, bancontact) worden dagelijks in batch verwerkt met 1 druk op de knop. B2B betalingen worden automatisch verwerkt dankzij de naadloze koppeling met boekhouding en bankrekeningen. Elke dag is er ongeveer een half uur minder administratief werk dan voordien. 製造 / 保守・整備
