The core focus of the initiative is to improve efficiency in Planning, Project Management, Timesheet for HR Management, Sales and CRM management, optimize purchasing, Purchase Requisition, and Manufacturing processes. Additionally, the project aims to ensure rigorous quality control, integrate inventory and tracking systems for warehouse management, and streamline accounting processes. Centrics is also in the process of developing a Job costing module as per the client's request, further enhancing the tailored solutions provided.
