Nexus Subsea Solutions is a professional diving solutions company offering specialist underwater services such as vessel hull cleaning, subsea inspections, marine maintenance, and commercial diving support.For this project, we set up Odoo to support both their online presence and internal business operations. Their website will serve as an online portfolio, showcasing their subsea services, previous work, expertise, and company information in a professional way. It will also act as a lead generation platform, allowing potential clients to submit enquiries directly through the website.
The website enquiry form will automatically create a CRM lead in Odoo, ensuring that every potential customer enquiry is captured clearly and organised from the start. In addition, emails will be connected to the CRM so generated leads and customer communications can be managed in one place, rather than manually checking emails and entering information into Odoo.
Odoo CRM will allow the Nexus Subsea Solutions team to track leads, follow up with potential customers, manage opportunities, and keep a clear overview of their sales pipeline. Odoo Sales will then support the creation of professional quotations and help convert confirmed opportunities into sales.
Odoo Accounting was also configured to manage expenses and support day-to-day financial operations, giving Nexus Subsea Solutions a more organised and scalable system as the company continues to grow. 農業

Offering a broad range of services includingaccounting, tax, legal, and business advisory, the firm serves both local and international clients across multiple industries. As a member of Parker Russell International — a global network spanning over 50 countries — the firm combines local expertise with international reach to support businesses and individuals in Malta and beyond.
PRT wanted to streamline communication with their clients ensuring that every communication received is answered in a timely manner and offers visibility of such communication within the team without the need to cc their emails.
eMerge centralised client communication through Odoo Helpdesk. This allowed customers to channel their communication to a department within PRT. With automated rules, tickets are assigned to staff who in turn reply to customers through the same helpdesk.
With Odoo ERP, PRT have been able to reply to all queries received, leaving no message unanswered. Management were able to determine the busiest departments and make business decisions to meet the needs while staff was able to track all the communication about a specific issue.
PRT realised the potential of Odoo and their partnership with eMerge, that they have extended their order to include Accounting, Sales, CRM, Marketing, Website, Project, Timesheet and other apps. Furthermore, PRT started implementing Odoo Accounting for all their accounting and auditing clients. eMerge aims to achieve this by a mix of standard features and customised development was used to fulfil the tasks. 金融 / 法務 / 保険
