We worked with a cooperative brewery in Liège to analyse the added value of Odoo for their business. We decided to use Odoo to manage sales, accounting, stock and production (including needs analysis and planning in relation to sales forecasts).

The main challenge was to resolve the administrative delays associated with using Excel with limited resources and time. We had to manage quite a lot of change in order to get the most out of the standard version of Odoo (with the use of integrated spreadsheets in particular).
