In the enterprise version (v19) I downloaded earlier there was
getUnitPrice, getDisplayPrice etc..
I customized some modules with respect to those functions..
Now in the Odoo.sh, I am finding a different code..
Why is that so..

Hi,
The root cause is simple: the same version, but different revision/build. The downloaded installer is a fixed snapshot taken at a specific point in time, whereas Odoo.sh runs a live, rolling codebase where Odoo continuously pushes patches and refactors. Functions like getUnitPrice and getDisplayPrice are internal JavaScript helpers, not a stable public API, so Odoo can rename, remove, or move them between minor updates without any notice.
To resolve this, first check the running commit in Odoo.sh → Branch → Logs and compare it with your local build to understand the exact gap. Then search the relevant module on Odoo.sh (e.g. sale/static/src/) to identify the replacement method.

Even though both are Odoo v19, the code is different because Odoo.sh runs a newer updated version.
Functions like getUnitPrice / getDisplayPrice were removed or refactored in newer POS code, so my old customizations don’t match anymore.
