Hi Ranga,
When you look on the app store from Odoo (https://www.odoo.com/apps/modules/8.0/crm_voip/) you can see it is for Odoo 8.0 so this should work fine for V8.0. Do note that this module costs 400€ and that you need an Asterisk server.

Isn't version 9 voip work fine with odoo 8?
I can't find a VOIP for Odoo V9 anywhere.. Either way usually all modules in Odoo can be migrated from 8 to 9 or from 9 to 8 fairly easy!
