I want to assign times to work orders and have those times be used in the cost calculations instead of the actual tracked time.  My guys have bad habits and just blow through the work orders once the work is complete or they will start a work order then complete many work orders so all the time ends up on the first one and the times on the other ones all end up being 1 second.   We are using FIFO and I don't want to use standard costs because our raw material prices vary often.  Is there a way to just used the expected time and not the actual time?  Thanks
