Monitoring Sales Order

Question

Hello all,

i'm using Odoo saas 17.4 enterprise edition. I have problem with our teams for monitoring sales order.
Our company is tradding company, so if any sales order from customer, our purchasing will order the items to supplier.

my question is :
How i can check that sales order has been process by our purchase team and open PO to supplier. Any custom filter that sales order has been process PO to supplier or not.
Becuase in Menu SALES > ORDER only status Delivery Status and Invoice Status,

Here is a possible way to track
1 With what you describe I would assume that the Purchase users have access to sales orders.
2. For those purchase users who would be creating POs, enable the option 'Lock confirmed sales'. These additional technical options are on the user access form visible only while on developer mode

3. This would now enable the lock button for these users on the sales order

4. Once the PO is created for a sales order, instruct the users to 'lock' the sale
