in case odoo found last stock valuation layer for the product with minus quantity, the landed value generated to the total amount as it's sold , which in fact it wasn't sold, this effect accounts for the cost of good sold and inventory and the stock value.

You should report this to Odoo. Landed Cost can sometimes pick up the wrong Stock Valuation Layer records. Which version of Odoo?
