I have a question how if possible can I configure email marketing so every user can use his own account/email ?
Is this possible at all ?

I think not sir, you can use config many email server but no way to do it with each user
Well, I can definitely create a hundreds of SMTP servers, the only problem there is no access for users to select which one they want to use or if there is an option they have to do it manually while I would like to assign server to the selected users from admin level and let them use dedicated configuration.
