when we restored the database from odoo.sh we show a message called
Database restore error: restore_db() takes from 2 to 3 positional arguments but 4 were given
currently we are using odoo16 enterprise edition

Can you confirm that the default code is not altered/changed or custom codes are not causing the issue.
Also, make sure you are using the latest enterprise code.
