I mean, I believe that AWS-RDS does NOT support SSH connection in Postgress databases so i'm affraid tha is not posible to setup Odoo for loadbalancer if I'm usin RDS. am I right?
If its possible how can I do it

Answe is Yes you can!
you need to setup ssh and it works
