Maru is an authentic Korean BBQ restaurant beautifully set in Doha’s Qanat Quartier at The Pearl. To modernize its operations and enhance the guest experience, Maru partnered with Impliway as its Odoo implementation partner. Impliway configured Odoo to manage restaurant reservations, table service, ingredient inventory, procurement, and financial tracking within one system. This integration allowed Maru to maintain real-time visibility of stock and streamline kitchen workflows while ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. With Impliway’s implementation, Maru now delivers a more efficient, data-driven dining experience that complements its warm hospitality and stunning canal views.
