Der Verein Werkstätte Drahtzug bietet geschützte Arbeitsplätze für Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen und verbindet soziale Integration mit unternehmerischem Handeln. Mit Werkstätten in verschiedenen Bereichen trägt Drahtzug zur Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben bei und schafft sinnvolle Beschäftigung.In unserer Zusammenarbeit mit Drahtzug haben wir Prozesse zur Bestellabwicklung, Provisionsabrechnung und Kundenmanagement in Odoo umgesetzt – inklusive zahlreicher Automatisierungen, die Mitarbeitende im Tagesgeschäft spürbar entlasten. Darüber hinaus wurde die Lagerverwaltung vollständig digitalisiert, um eine lückenlose Nachverfolgung und eine saubere Abbildung der Warenflüsse zu gewährleisten. Die Lösung verbindet soziale Anforderungen mit betrieblicher Effizienz.
