Tecnomoción, empresa de servicio de reparación de sistemas eléctricos para automóviles ubicada en Yuncler, experimentó un período de crecimiento notable. Gestionaba sus dos modelos de negocio con sistemas separados que no estaban integrados entre sí, lo que generaba duplicidad de procesos y una carga significativa de trabajo manual. En ese momento, contaban con una página web, una tienda online y un software para la gestión de reparaciones y facturación. Se decidió implantar en Odoo la tienda online, la página web y la gestión operativa para centralizar toda la información en un solo lugar. Esta medida no solo redujo costes, sino que también optimizó procesos y mejoró la eficiencia en la gestión del modelo de negocio.EL RETO

EL RESULTADO
La implantación de Odoo v.16 permitió a la empresa optimizar sus procesos al integrar su tienda online, sitio web y gestión de proyectos en una única plataforma.
