As part of its digital transformation initiatives, EBTECH developed a centralized internal portal for SAPTCO employees, designed to enhance communication, accessibility, and operational efficiency across the organization. The solution was fully integrated with SAPTCO’s existing internal systems, including the Human Resources system and LDAP (directory services), ensuring seamless data synchronization and secure user authentication. Through this integration, employees can efficiently manage their daily tasks, access HR services, and interact with internal applications without redundancy or manual processes.
This advanced portal has significantly improved internal collaboration, streamlined workflows, and enhanced the overall employee experience, supporting SAPTCO’s vision of adopting modern technologies and maintaining operational excellence in the transportation sector.
