QTIS BV is een specialistisch ontwerpbureau dat systemen voor de agrarische markt (tractorbouwers / trailerbouwers) ontwerpt, laat produceren, voorraad houdt, assembleert en internationaal verkoopt. In 2025 een startup met 30 jaar ervaring in de markt en klanten over heel Europa. De directie zocht een ander ERP-systeem dan waar ze mee bekend was (Unit4/Agresso). Na gehoord te hebben van Odoo, vele video’s bekeken te hebben en een demonstratie op maat te hebben gehad van dooIT, werd de keuze gemaakt voor Odoo met Odoo.sh. QTIS zocht echter ook een partner die kan bouwen en aanpassen wat QTIS voor ogen heeft en haar ervaring inbrengt (denken in wat standaard mogelijk is met Odoo). Een partner die de migratie uit de huidige naar de nieuwe omgeving kan begeleiden en kan adviseren hoe met Odoo in een volledige cloudoplossing te werken. Die keuze is bewust gemaakt voor dooIT. Samen gaan we aan de slag en werken naar een livegang in zomer 2026 met Contacten - CRM - Verkoop - Inkoop - Voorraad - Productie (light) - Boekhouden - Kennis/Documenten. Open2bizz helped Safesize Implementing V13 some time ago. Starting with Sales and acounting. After first fase we also implemented other modules and functions.
Open2bizz developed some custom modules for Financial Lease and Apporval of complex Quotations and deliveries.
We also migrated to V16 and are currently in the process of migrating to V19. Also we implemented Odoo for other offices of Safesize. For this we worked together with local Odoo partners to implement the correct localisation for accounting. Scienza e tecnologia

Voor TerraIndex B.V. hebben wij de volledige administratie gemigreerd vanuit AFAS naar Odoo en verzorgen wij de financiële administratie. Daarnaast hebben wij diverse uitgebreide Odoo-oplossingen geïmplementeerd, waaronder de website, een uitgebreid CRM, helpdesk, abonnementenbeheer en verschillende marketingfunctionaliteiten zoals evenementen en e-mailmarketing.
