• تم تكليف شركة نيرفا بتنفيذ مجموعة شاملة من النماذج لتعزيز قسم العمليات في Grandy. 

• تضمن نطاق العمل إعداد نظام نقاط البيع (POS(، ونماذج الشراء والمخازن والمحاسبة تخطيط متطلبات المواد (MRP(، والتكامل مع Foodics. 

• بدأ المشروع بالتنفيذ الناجح لنماذج الشراء والمخازن والمحاسبة و MRP. 

• تعمل هذه النماذج الآن بكامل طاقتها، مما يساعد مطعم Grandy على تبسيط عملياته الداخلية والحفاظ على مستويات عالية من الخدمة.

Grandy, a restaurant known for its unforgettable dining experiences with the finest burgers and steaks, sought to enhance its operational efficiency. To achieve this, they partnered with Nerva Consulting.

• Grandy, a renowned restaurant specializing in the finest burgers and steaks cooked to perfection over an open flame, believes that every meal should be an unforgettable experience. As Grandy continued to grow and attract more customers, the need for an integrated and efficient management system became evident. To address this, Grandy partnered with Nerva Consulting in December 2023. 

• Nerva Consulting was tasked with implementing a comprehensive suite of modules to enhance Grandy's operations. The scope of work included setting up a point of sale (POS) system, and modules for purchase, inventory, accounting, material requirements planning (MRP), and integration with Foodics. 

• The project began with the successful implementation of the purchase, inventory, accounting, and MRP modules. These modules are now fully operational, helping Grandy streamline its internal processes and maintain high standards of service.
