The Joy Nyabongo Resource Centre (JNRC), was founded and is run by Joy Nyabongo, a Ugandan leadership and service delivery consultant and coach. She is an author of books like Value-Adding Woman: Unleashing the Potential in You, Best Practices for a Woman of Excellence; The African Beauty and the Unforgiveness Beast; Service Improvement Nuggets: A Self-Help Resource; and, Beating the Grapevine: How to Defeat Negative Gossip.
