As a company that has businesses with clients and customers worldwide, they needed to ensure their processes run smoothly. However, it was difficult for them to keep track of the inventory, and using different platforms to run their departments was not good for communication.
So, we have customized Odoo to enable them handling their accounting and managing invoices and transactions in different currencies. We also provided modules to manage their warehouses and monitor their stocks. Now, with one look, they can know how each product is performing, how they need to adjust production, how they need to distribute, and more.
Kemexon can also enhance its relationship with customers using the features of the Odoo CRM, which allow them to have all the data they need about the customers in one place, provide the tools to communicate with clients, and has notifications to alert Kemexon when they need to request payment from clients.

...die ZusammenarbeitTWIO implementierte eine zentrale Kundenverwaltung in Odoo und digitalisierte die Treuekarte vollständig. Bestehende Kontakte wurden migriert und die Grundlage für eine strukturierte, nachhaltige Kundenkommunikation geschaffen. Darauf aufbauend implementierten wir die notwendigen Funktionen, damit das Team eigenständig Marketingkampagnen über E-Mail, SMS und WhatsApp planen und umsetzen kann. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Integration von WhatsApp als zusätzlicher, direkter Kommunikationskanal. Zum Einsatz kamen insbesondere die Module Kontakte, Events, E-Mail Marketing und SMS Marketing.

Mit dem Einsatz von Odoo wurden nebst den üblichen Prozesse eines Produktionsbetriebes wie Kreditoren- und Debitorenverwaltung, die Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung auch das App «Webshop» verwendet. Sämtliche Prozesse rund um die Bestellungen laufen in Odoo ohne Medienunterbrüche zusammen. Der Bierliebhaber bestellt bequem auf dem Sofa seine Lieblingsbiere und auf Seite Stiär Biär wird in Odoo gleich der Auftrag, der Lieferschein und die Rechnung generiert.Vom Entscheid für Odoo bis hin zum GoLive vergingen zwei Monate. Der enge Projektplan konnte auch aufgrund dem grossen Anteil an Arbeiten in Eigenregie eingehalten werden.
