IMAGINStudio professionaliseert financiële administratie met OdooIMAGINStudio is een internationaal softwarebedrijf in de automotive sector. Met hun eigen platform genereren ze 3D-beelden van voertuigen, die worden gebruikt in campagnes, catalogi en online configuratoren. De dienstverlening is opgezet in abonnementsvorm, met klanten in meer dan 140 landen en variabele afname per maand.
Door de snelle groei en het internationale karakter werd de bestaande financiële inrichting – op basis van Twinfield en maatwerk in de backoffice – te beperkt. Zaken als nacalculatie, automatische facturatie op basis van gebruik, meertalige verwerking en de integratie met Stripe vroegen om een krachtiger en flexibeler systeem. Ook het beheer van meerdere entiteiten en administraties moest centraal en schaalbaar worden ingericht.
IMAGINStudio koos voor Odoo als nieuwe financiële ruggengraat, en schakelde Radical Fanatics in als implementatiepartner. De eerste focus ligt op het inrichten van de financiële administratie, inclusief automatische facturatie, abonnementsbeheer en integratie met Stripe. Daarbij worden gegevens vanuit het eigen platform via API direct in Odoo gezet, zodat de facturatie naadloos aansluit op het daadwerkelijke gebruik.
De CRM-processen blijven voorlopig in Salesforce draaien, maar Odoo vormt voortaan de centrale plek voor facturatie, boekhouding en HR. In een volgende fase wordt ook het HR-proces – inclusief verlof, declaraties, werving en integratie met Loket.nl – in Odoo ingericht.
IMAGINStudio koos voor Radical Fanatics (www.fanatics.nl) vanwege de pragmatische aanpak, de kennis van integraties en het vermogen om mee te denken met hun abonnementsmodel. Dankzij Odoo ontstaat er nu overzicht, schaalbaarheid en controle in een complexe internationale omgeving – met ruimte om verder te bouwen. IT / Comunicazione / Marketing
