Where are templates used for widgets stored?

Question

I know there are templates stored in ir.ui.view like this:

Image [2]
But templates for widgets like this for example aren't there.

Are these <templates> not stored in the database?

In Odoo, templates for widgets are typically not stored in the database;
they are stored in XML files within the module directories.
