I work at Odoo and regularly get requests from partners and clients looking for talent. Functional Consultants, Odoo sales experts, Techno-Functional profiles. The ask is always specific, but the tools available to evaluate people are generic. CVs don't tell you which modules someone has real depth in, or which Odoo versions they've actually worked on.
I've been building a free platform called Odooers to address this. It lets Odoo professionals create structured profiles that capture modules, domains, certifications, version history, and project experience. The idea is to make strong professionals findable based on what they actually know.
I'd love input from this community: What parameters do you look for when evaluating an Odoo professional that a regular CV never tells you?
