By default, Odoo E-Learning does not restrict video playback (skip, rewind, fast-forward). It simply embeds the Vimeo/YouTube player, so users can use whatever controls the provider allows.

If you want restrictions:

    Vimeo Pro/Business lets you configure some playback limits directly in Vimeo and then embed restricted videos in Odoo.

    For stricter control (e.g., force full watch, disable skipping), you’ll need a customization in Odoo’s website_slides module using the Vimeo Player API.

In short: no built-in feature; use Vimeo settings or customize Odoo.
