User can see all documents

Question

Hello,

I added a group for users to allow them see all documents in management system module I used the same rule in sales :
[(1,'=',1)].

So does it differ from module to module. How can I do it?

I got a module from odoo apps which is :
https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/13.0/mgmtsystem/ [1]
I want the administrator to see all form created by all users I used the above domain rule and it doesn't work.
How could I do it?

Hi,
For which model you have written the rule ? And are you saying the above rule, ie, given domain is not working ?
If you set a domain rule as  [(1,'=',1)], we are allowing users to see all the records from this model for the particular user group.
