I am trying odoo for simple document management. Still, I am not finding - at least out of the box - the following features (and I would like to know if this is possible simply by setting up in the configurations or if it needs development):

1 - flag / suggest action when a possible document duplicate is uploaded/received in inbox (either by name or (better) hash,
2 - flag a document if a certain user downloaded it,
3 - automatically extract data from the document  (eg. invoices), to the spreadsheet.
