We are using the consignment feature of inventory where multiple people own the same product. Inventory is assigned to each owner. When trying to do an internal transfer I can't find a way to select inventory from the owner for which the inventory is to be moved. Is there a way to do it?

With Odoo 17 you will find the Owner field available when you select the Detailed Operations List View (Smart Button above the Internal Transfer):
In the future, please post the Edition (Community / Enterprise), version (Odoo 17, Odoo 16, Odoo 15) and hosting type (Online, Odoo.sh, On Premise) as this helps the Community post more relevant answers.
Sorry about not giving the details. On v17 Enterprise Online. When I go to the detailed operations you notes nothing is shown. If I try to search by product still nothing is found.
