Sales Managers over Sales Users

Question

Hello!
Generally, a Sales Manager can see all sales orders created by Sales users within his team. But right now, the sales manager can only see his own sales orders and not of those created by the sales users.
In the access rights of  the Sales Managers group, it is configured for read/create/write/delete but no record rules set. It is the default setting by the way.
Am I missing something?

Hi,
By default there is no record rule for the group Sales/Manger, but there is record rule for the group See All Documents.

Sales Manager group is defined such a way that by inheriting the See All Documents groups, so the above rule will also work for the Sales Manager group too.

So in your case as it is not working, just upgrade the sales module or check whether the above record rule is altered or missing. Also make sure that Sales Manager group inherits the All Documents group.

With this, will the Sales Manager be able to also see those orders created by all Sales Users set to Own Documents only?
