Hi,

I set up a mailing, which I duplicated into another language.

Content is the same, but the links lead to the other language pages.

When I want to save it, I get an error:

Validation Error

The operation cannot be completed: Another model requires the record being deleted, if possible, archive it instead. Model: 'Attachment' (ir.attachment) Foreign key: 'Original (unoptimized, unresized) attachment' (original_id)


How can I solve it?

Hello Sven Wiese,
I hope you are doing well

Re-upload images in the duplicated mailing instead of using shared ones.
  Steps:
  1. Open duplicated mailing
  2. Remove all images
  3. Re-upload same images as new attachments
  4. Save

The error occurs because duplicated mailing shares original_id reference with source mailing's attachments.
