I am doing works according to "Building a Website" tutorial. According to the text:

Restart Odoo and upgrade the module, there is now a placeholder under the teacher’s name and a new zone for blocks in Edit mode.

But I do not see the place holder under the  teacher's  name  and I don't know how to invoke "Edit Mode"

My template.xml is 

    
     Academy
          

What step is missing to cause the result? Please help me out. Thank you very much.
