While configuring POS Payment methods under Point Of Sale > Configuration > Payment Methods you might have configured multiple online payment methods. While adding​ this payment method to the PoS terminal Point Of Sale > Settings > Payment methods, here you can add multiple payment methods but please make sure you have added only one online payment method in a terminal.
