By default, Odoo displays the Account Group Name exactly as it is configured, so if the group name contains both the account range and description, the full text will appear in the Balance Sheet hierarchy.

If you want to display only "Special Fixed Assets", you would typically need to either:

• Rename the Account Group to contain only the descriptive name, or
• Apply a report customization to display only the description portion while keeping the full group definition in the backend.

The best approach depends on whether the account range information is still needed elsewhere in your accounting setup.

In standard Odoo, the Balance Sheet hierarchy usually displays the Account Group name exactly as it is configured.

So if the Account Group name is:

1001.01.001 - 1001.01.100 Special Fixed Assets

then the report will show the full name.

If you want the report to show only:

Special Fixed Assets

you should rename the Account Group to that shorter name.

If you still need to keep the code range for internal reference, you can keep it in the account group code/range fields, but keep the display name clean.

If you need both versions, then it would require a report customization to trim or format the group name differently only on the Balance Sheet report.
