In Odoo CRM, both Leads/Opportunities marked as Lost by the sales team and Leads that are manually archived appear together in the same area. This is creating confusion in reporting.
Ideally, Lost leads represent opportunities where efforts were made, follow-ups happened, but the deal could not be closed and was therefore marked as lost. In contrast, Archived leads are records that were never suitable or relevant in the first place, so they were simply removed from active use.
How can these two scenarios be differentiated? Since they represent different business outcomes, combining them is impacting reporting accuracy.
