Algronic is a nutraceutical raw material import company, which operates alongside its sister brand, Versus, an e-commerce supplement manufacturing company.

Before our implementation, Algronic was running on a legacy system combined with manual Excel sheets. This outdated setup caused numerous issues: the system was person-driven, meaning efficiency relied too much on individuals, and they were unable to accurately identify demands for their products. Furthermore, their dual company structure suffered from difficult internal communication and general management issues, with material shortages consistently disrupting the manufacturing schedule.

We rolled out a total end-to-end Odoo ERP system to centralize, simplify, and unify their entire operation. This integration immediately fixed the communication and management mess. Odoo's smart tools provided them with the ability to accurately track demand and eliminate those disruptive material shortages, successfully transforming their environment into a highly efficient, single business ecosystem. The core modules we deployed included:

EDUKAAN.BUZZ, which manufactures notebooks and operates the e-commerce store, was facing significant operational hurdles. Their primary struggles were maintaining accounting accuracy for high-volume online sales and effectively managing complex courier payment tracking. These issues consumed excessive time and led to unreliable financial reporting.
We provided a stable foundation by deploying and designing their website directly within Odoo. We then configured the necessary core modules:
